With a Ph.D. in Management, an MBA in Finance, and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Hons.) from the University of Delhi, she combines academic excellence with practical business understanding to help organizations navigate today's rapidly evolving sustainability landscape.

Academic and Research Leadership
Before founding EnSuGo, she served as Assistant Professor at FOSTIIMA Business School and Rukmini Devi Institute of Advanced Studies (RDIAS), where she taught Finance and Management, mentored research scholars, supervised academic projects, and contributed to institutional development.
She also serves as a Visiting Faculty at ICFAI Business School, Gurgaon, delivering postgraduate courses in finance and management while continuing to bridge the gap between academic research and business practice.
Her academic work has been published in internationally recognized journals indexed in Web of Science (WoS), Scopus, and ABDC, alongside book chapters, case studies, conference presentations, and professional development programmes. Her research focuses on sustainability, ESG integration, sustainable finance, responsible investment, climate governance, and emerging business risks.
